Elo Xp Universal Driver 4.20카테고리 없음 2020. 2. 14. 14:27
We have 2 custom-made kiosks that I'm trying to upgrade the computers in. The current computers are running Windows XP and I'm trying to replace them with PCs running Windows 7. I've gotten everything to work except the touchscreens.I've attached a photo of the touchscreen controller.
Elo Support Drivers
The XP machines have touchkit 3.8.1 installed on them. According to it the controller is SA421 with firmware 2.28. The device ID in device manager is 'USB/VID0EEF&PID0001&REV0010'.
Elo Drivers Windows 10
The controller is made by Atouch but they don't offer any driver downloads on their site.So far I've tried 2 different drivers I've found online. The first is the UPDD 4.1.8 from but it didn't include the correct driver so didn't work. The second one I tried was from and was the first one listed under Windows 7 (5.12.0.11912).
Elo Touchscreen Driver Windows 7
It installed the correct driver but I couldn't get the touchscreen adequately calibrated. The closest I could get was the cursor position was correct on the left side but on the right the cursor was about 3/4' to the right and 1/4' below where I touched. Even getting to that point took several attempts using the 9-point calibration and physically adjusting where I touched the screen during calibration. The 4-point and 25-point calibration attempts were even worse.Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can try to get these working correctly? I haven't try an older driver version from the 2nd website yet because I wanted to get some advice on here before spending more time on this. I'd appreciate any help. If not ask if just the touch screen controller board/usb interface board can be upgraded to a newer version supporting windows 7.
